By downloading, installing, or using Minnetonka Drone Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Minnetonka Drone Tracker provides access to publicly available drone flight data from the City of Minnetonka's public data transparency portal. The App is an independent project created by CJC Digital LLC. The App is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the City of Minnetonka, the Minnetonka Police Department, Skydio Inc., or any government agency.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the App to:

• Interfere with, disrupt, or obstruct public safety operations or drone flights
• Harass, threaten, or endanger any person, including law enforcement officers or first responders
• Evade law enforcement or assist others in evading law enforcement
• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or federal law
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the flight data obtained through the App

3. Data Accuracy and Limitations

• Flight data is sourced from public government records and is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
• Flight data may be delayed. Data is typically available within hours of a mission ending, not in real time.
• Some flight paths may include estimated segments (such as transit between fire stations and scenes) that are inferred from available data.
• We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in the underlying government data source.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Tier: View recent drone flights and basic flight details at no cost.
• Drone Tracker Plus ($4.99 one-time purchase): Unlocks animated flight playback, full flight history, and advanced filtering. This is a one-time, non-refundable purchase.
• Drone Tracker Premium ($9.99/month): Includes everything in Plus, plus push notification alerts for up to 10 saved locations.

Auto-Renewal: The Premium subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).

Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

5. Push Notifications

Push notifications are delivered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee delivery of every notification. Notification delivery depends on network conditions, Apple's Push Notification service, and data availability. Notifications should not be relied upon as an emergency alert system.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, animations, and user interface, is owned by CJC Digital LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Flight data sourced from the City of Minnetonka's public data portal is public record.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CJC DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CJC Digital LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
